According to the Associated Press, Brandy claims they have kept her from recording new material since her last album, 2012’s Two Eleven, and the January single “Beggin & Pleadin.”

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday [March 29] and claims her deal with Chameleon gave the label the option of releasing four more albums. It alleges they have kept her from recording new material in the last four years in an attempt to get her to sign a new deal.
