The enigmatic R&B and Soul act, dvsn, who recently signed to Drake‘s OVO Sound record label, have spent most of the Spring making their welcomed introduction, from covering classic R&B songs like Aaliyah‘s “One In a Million,” to releasing their debut album, Sept. 5th, featuring soulful cuts like “Too Deep” and “Hallucinations.”
Though his (or their) identity has still been kept under wraps for the most part, dvsn performed during OVO’s pop-up appearance at SxSW’s Fader Fort, and there are rumors that he will be included on Drake’s forthcoming solo LP, Views From the 6, slated to drop this month.
With the album already comfortably in circulation on Apple Music, dvsn decided to reach even further back and remix a classic R&B/Soul record, Marvin Gaye‘s “Let’s Get It On,” in tribute to the late singer, who passed away on April 1, 1984.
