This year’s Hot 97 Summer Jam Festival will take place at Metlife Stadium once again, on Sunday, June 5, and the station has officially announced its festival stage lineup this morning. The festival stage is known as the primary stepping stone to the Summer Jam Main Stage, where some of the most memorable live performance moments in Hip Hop history have taken place, from Jay Z bringing out Michael Jackson to, more recently, 50 Cent reuniting G-Unit despite rumors tension was still prevalent. This year, Hot 97 will once again bring prominent rising stars to the Metlife Stadium parking lot festivities, highlighted by Chance The Rapper, Curren$y, Tory Lanez and Desiigner, who will be joined by Roc Nation’s newest signee, Justine Skye, Power’s Rotimi, Jersey standout Dougie F and Post Malone, whose hit single, “White Iverson,” afforded him the opportunity to open up for one of the biggest touring acts of the year, Justin Bieber.

As Hot 97 morning show host Ebro Darden points out in a press release, last year’s Festival Stage sold-out, and it would be wise not to rely on copping tickets the day of or at the venue. Get ready to see some of today and tomorrow’s hottest stars on June 5.
