At just 20 years old, Justine Skye has already firmly established herself in the music game.
The Brooklyn-born singer emerged from Tumblr as a teen after posting cover videos of popular songs and even some original music. Fast forward to 2016, Skye is Roc Nation‘s newest signee. The singer has been everywhere promoting her music and acting as the face of various designer brands. This week Skye slays the pages of Paper Magazine.
The photo-shoot is a part of a series titled ‘Kylie’s Krew.’ The project pays homage to those close to Kylie Jenner while highlighting their individual aspirations. In the interview Justine revealed she’s “super, super focused,” in regards to making music. Her first EP Emotionally Unavailable was released in 2015. The project’s features include DJ Mustard, Vic Mensa and Tyga.
Justine Skye is the only female performer set to take on Summer Jam’s Festival stage in June.
