Kanye West surprised Coachella fans when he joined A$AP Rocky on stage at the Outdoor Theatre. With the festival being one of the main music events of the year, the A$AP Mob brought Pablo on to perform his crowd pleaser track “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1” and one other track, when Kanye’s mic stopped working.

Although those in attendance believed there were some technical issues during the set, Hollywood Life have revealed this was because their set ran over time, which led to Kanye and A$AP walking off stage. A$AP, who was given the slot time 7:30-8:20, was suppose to feature Kanye a lot earlier on but was held up due to the rapper being 12 minutes late. According to the LA Times Mr West, “blamed the delay on the night’s high winds, which reportedly caused the festival to demand Kanye position a giant video screen lower than he’d intended.”
However, the performance which looked fun while it lasted, was posted all over social media where fans shared their excitement of Kanye joining A$AP Rocky.
Although unfortunately Skepta will not be performing at Coachella this year, Rae Sremmurd, G-Eazy, DJ Mustard, Ice Cube and many more will be taking the stage this year.
