Last month, YG and Nipsey Hussle, partners in rhyme, dropped “FDT,” a missile aimed at controversial Republican Presidential front-runner Donald Trump and his supporters. YG and Nip, natives of California, shot the music video not long after, and could be seen inciting a strong anti-Trump crowd, who came prepared with chants and signs denouncing the former Apprentice host. At Coachella this weekend, though he didn’t have Neighborhood Nip at his side, YG took it a step further, and performed “FDT” for 20,000 delighted and screaming fans, who didn’t hesitate to chant “F*ck Donald Trump” acapella along with YG before the DJ Mustard-produced instrumental kicked in, only evoking more screams and excitement from the festival crowd. Footage of that moment is above. Though it’s unclear whether or not “FDT” is an official single off YG’s forthcoming sophomore album, Still Krazy, we can add it to the list of buzzing records the Compton rapper has released in recent months, including Still Krazy’s promo single “Twist My Fingaz,” and another YG and Nipsey collab, “I Wanna Benz,” which also features 50 Cent.
