After four years, Parks’ defamation lawsuit against author Angela Stanton will receive a summary hearing today [April 20], and if the judge denies judgement the two will head to a Thursday morning trial in Georgia, RadarOnline reports.

For those who haven’t been following the case, Stanton wrote a book entitled Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell The Truth & Shame The Devil in which she claims Phaedra and Apollo were running a “criminal enterprise” with everything from fake bank accounts to stolen cars, and even alleged the reality star had a “secret girlfriend.” The result of those claims was Phaedra suing Stanton for defamation in 2012, and Angela firing back with counter claims that Parks has been trying to get dismissed multiple times.
