Unfortunately for Birdman, the true reason for his press run has been lost in the viral memes and video spoofs he’s accidentally generated, but he made sure to remind fans of what’s really going on.

Earlier this year, Baby announced a new album, Ms Gladys–a dedication to his mother–and the return of new Rich Gang music, though the actual composition of this edition of the Rich Gang crew remains up in the air. Today on Instagram, he revealed the official release date of his solo album to be June 24. It will be Birdman’s first proper studio release since 2009’s Priceless, which helped usher Young Money’s then rookies, Drake and Nicki Minaj, into the mainstream spotlight.
