Beyoncé has a knack for stopping the world, which she did again this past Saturday with the release of her 6th studio album, Lemonade, initially available strictly for streaming on TIDAL.

The release of the album, which followed the world premiere of her Lemonade short film–during which nearly every song on Lemonade the album was previewed–was kept from iTunes for the first 36 hours of its release, but Apple’s retail service got its hands on Bey’s latest opus this morning, which will result in a definite impact on the Billboard charts next week.

Just how big of an impact? Early projections from ChartNews have Lemonade clocking in sales of between 500,000 and 600,000, likely guaranteeing an RIAA Gold certification in just 7 days. However, those projections could balloon to higher figures, especially once the first 24-hour cycle of iTunes availability wraps up tomorrow.

Beyoncé’s last album, the self-titled Beyoncé, moved 617,213 units in just three days on iTunes, but it wasn’t available for streaming anywhere prior.
