In a recent interview, Nick Gordon finally opened up about the events leading up to the mysterious death of girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown. Brown died nearly six months after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub on January 31, 2015. While Gordon claimed he did all that he could to help Brown that day, he told U.K’s Daily Mail he couldn’t continue to blame himself for Brown’s addiction.
Although Gordon has stopped putting the blame on himself for this tragedy, many people, including Brown’s court-appointed conservator, still believes Gordon is responsible. According to E! News, the ongoing civil wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon has added a new plaintiff, Bobby Brown.
Reports confirm Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father has joined the $10 million legal battle alleging, “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Defendant (Gordon) after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.”
Brown’s addition to the suit, which documents state occurred on May 4, comes on the heels of Gordon’s interview on Dr. Phil as well as U.K’s Daily Mail, where he opened up about his former girlfriend’s death. Gordon described the incident of the night, alleging Brown was messed up and upset. He claimed his friend Max Lomas found Brown after walking the cable guy into the room. He recalled the entire incident as traumatizing as he tried to revive his girlfriend.
