Actress Nia Long recently sat down with Larry King and was asked how she felt about being mentioned is so many Hip Hop songs.

Nia explained Hip Hop started to become a big phenomenon around the same time black actors, including herself, began to land major roles, leading to rappers seeing her as a symbol of success. Of course, her never aging skin and good looks didn’t hurt either. King then mentioned J. Cole, who was the most recent rapper to mention her in the song.

Cole name dropped the actress in his track, No Role Modelz,” which is featured on his last album, 2014’s Forest Hill Drive.

“My only regret was too young for Lisa Bonet. My only regret was too young for Nia Long”

It was Nia’s response, however, which will probably leave Cole starstruck. She responded to the lyrics by saying, “He’s really not too young. He just doesn’t know it.”  The North Carolina rapper was recently named the highest earning rapper of 2015.
