After a number one Billboard Hot 100 record and a good four months of anticipation for another record to be released, Desiigner finally drops off something new. We couldn’t wait to hear from the G.O.O.D Music signed artist just so we could determine if the sound of “Panda” just happened to be a coincidence in being very similar to Future or if this would be the sound Desiigner would try to trademark as truly being his own.
Desiigner’s new project is titled “Moon People” featuring Boyd. We’ve already heard some of the lyrics to Desiigner’s new hit in his Tim Westwood TV Freestyle. Boyd also adds a verse to the very futuristic production that imitates arcade sound effects over a pretty simple bass line.
It seems the timing is perfect for a new project from Desiigner and it’s clear he’s making Kanye West and the G.O.O.D Music family very proud as Kanye took to Twitter to publicly praise his artist after “Panda” peaked as the #1 song in the country.
