A few days ago, Baton Rouge, LA rappers Kevin Gates and Boosie Badazz were set to perform a show in Louisville, KY but things got way out of hand when both of their respective entourages brawled on stage. Though it is unclear why, rumors have begun to swirl that it might have something to do with an incident dating back to 2009 in which Gates’ friend Nussie was murdered. Boosie was accused of ordering the hit and was found innocent in 2012.
The two men seemed to be amicable over the years, but things came to a head during last weekend’s show. In the video, Gates can be seen going down a flight of stairs after his performance, though he was standing near Boosie, the men never exchanged words. Things spiraled out of control when Boosie hit the stage, and the entire spilled over into the audience. The entire incident was captured on video which you can see below.
