This day just keeps getting better for Black Panther fans. The Hollywood Reporter recently broke the news that Michael B. Jordan is also in talks to star in the upcoming Black Panther film, set for a 2018 release.

Marvel has not commented on the possibility of Jordan joining the cast, but according to a source that spoke to The Hollywood Reporter, Jordan might be playing a villain in the movie.

This news comes quickly on the heels of reports that Lupita Nyong’o will be joining the cast of Black Panther, so there may be even more announcements coming in the following days about the cast that will be joining Chadwick Boseman.

This will be Jordan’s third film with Ryan Coogler, having previously starred in Fruitvale Station and Creed with the director. Marvel Studios is clearly not messing around with the upcoming Black Panther film, teaming up with some of Hollywood’s top actors and actresses.
