This morning, Diddy phoned in to Power 105.1 and chopped it up with The Breakfast Club about the upcoming Bad Body reunion tour. Of course, Charlamagne Tha God had to confirm with Diddy about Fat Joe’s declaration that Anthony Mason was in fact the New York Knicks player The Notorious B.I.G. spoke about on his song “I Gotta Story To Tell.

Late in the interview, Diddy told the crew that he was in the mood to hear Biggie’s song “I Gotta Story To Tell” and Charlamagne jumped on the opportunity to ask Diddy about the identity of the Knicks’ player in the song. Diddy responded:

“It’s out…I can confirm that. I can confirm that with love.”

Fat Joe said after he revealed the identity of the player in the song he regretted it, but it seems that Diddy does not mind the truth coming out. Anthony Mason sadly passed away last year, at the age of 48, after suffering a heart attack.
