2010’s George Kush Da Botton mixtape is often considered to be Smoke DZA’s breakthrough project, exposing his talents on a wide scale. Since then, the Harlem native has gone on to collaborate with a whose who in Hip Hop including Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky and more, while also touring the globe. Having built a very solid core fanbase, DZA took a hiatus from music in 2015, and returned with a vengeance at the top of this year. He released the critically acclaimed joint project He Has Risen with producer Harry Fraud, and also has a joint album with legendary producer Pete Rock on the way.

In the meantime, the Kushed God decided to bless fans with a brand new offering titled George Kush Da Botton (Don’t Pass Trump The Blunt). Serving as a sequel of sorts, the project incorporates skits pertaining to GOP candidate Donald Trump, while also sharing his disdain for the presidential candidate on certain tracks. As a whole, this project is one of the best that Smoke DZA has ever released, which is amazing considering he has a catalog filled with highly noteworthy material. With highly cohesive tracks, laced with a refined flow and delivery from someone who has long been heralded as one of the top spitters in the game, this is sure to further raise DZA’s profile.
