The songstress shared multiple photos of herself on Instagram looking fit and sexy, as she’s been on her fitness journey since September last year. She looks absolutely stunning and has revealed her method to wellness to her followers for months after losing 50 pounds by January.

She’s not only shed pounds, but also toned up by doing strength training, Bikram yoga and healthy eating. Her sisters Dr. Syleecia Thompson and Sylette Debois also joined her on her fitness excursion. Soul Bounce reports they collectively lost 125 pounds.
