The cannabis business is booming. So much so, Cam’ron has created his own line of a super potent strain with a purplish pink color said to taste like grape soda.
Chroncierge, based in California, is the company producing the strain set to be released closer to 2020. The legal cannabis business is a multi-billion dollar industry and more and more entertainers are tapping into it. Earlier this year Whoopi Goldberg announced she will be releasing a line of hemp-infused self-care products. Rappers like Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg have made strains of their own in the past. As legalization gets more widespread, so is the Hip Hop community’s interest in the bustling business.
In Cam’ron’s case Purple Haze is more than just the title of his 2004 studio album. It’s the inspiration behind his interpretation of the world’s most lovable green leaf. During a trip to San Fransisco, Cam was seen doing research for the special strain that will debut with his upcoming album, Killah Season 2: The Pink Edition.
