What goes into a Major Key album cover? A closet full of Jordans? Prayer Hands Emojis? Inspirational phrases? Humongous cigars? Gold keys? No. How about a throne complete with a decked out DJ Khaled, lots, I mean lots, of flowers, and let’s throw in a lion? Yesss.

DJ Khaled, everybody’s inspirational Snapchat guru, unveiled the album artwork yesterday [Thursday, June 23rd] on Jimmy Kimmel Live, in anticipation for his new album. Earlier this year we learned Major Key would have some major features, such as Jay-Z, Future, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross (just to mention a few). Check out the clip below.
Khaled also posted the picture on Instagram, and provided a lengthy message to go along with the album cover. He ended the post by saying:
“THE ALBUM FULL OF PASSION PAIN AND SUCCESS AND BLESSINGS AND MORE WINS!! GOD IS THE GREATEST! ????”
As always, we can expect bangers and Hip Hop anthems from Khaled’s new album, and who knows, maybe he’ll throw in an inspirational poem or two. But what we do know for certain is that DJ Khaled will certainly be at the BET Awards this weekend, on Sunday, June 22nd. Oh and he’s currently on the cover of our magazine, which is definitely a major ?.
