Suge Knight, currently in jail awaiting trial for an unrelated issue, is suing Chris Brown after getting shot seven times (in the abdomen, chest and left forearm) at a party Chris hosted.
The lawsuit filed yesterday [Monday, June 27] isn’t only against the R&B singer but also the popular nightclub 1 Oak. The suit alleges Brown and the club didn’t have adequate security during the event.
The lawsuit also claims a pattern of violence as it pertains to CB-hosted parties.
Knight also connects the murder and attempted murder he’s being charged for to fearing for his life over the incident at Brown’s party—which seems to be an attempt to avoid his third strike which could have him sentenced to life in prison. Trial is set to begin in August pertaining to that matter.
