Chris Brown dominates headlines once again for something other than his music after it was reported the singer was kicked out of his vacation home in Ibiza, Spain after the landlord told police he had destroyed the property. According to TMZ, local police are alleging Breezy trashed the holiday house, with vomit and urine everywhere.

The police reportedly first got involved because Brown remained in the house after he was supposed to depart, leaving Breezy and his team owing  thousands for damages on top of the house’s usual $26,000 per month rent. However, the singer has taken to Instagram to clear his name and deny all charges against him, showing his fans a super clear house and making the point to address the apparent allegations.

This comes after Brown received backlash from members and former members of his team as well as his manager Mike G suing him after claiming the “Back To Sleep” singer physically beat him. Brown took to social media to address the claims, saying: “”ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE CLAIMING TO BE MY ‘TEAM,’ are apart of MIKE Gs TEAM,” he wrote. “They all were fired on different occasions. IMMATURE AND UNPROFESSIONAL HOW THEY ARE CHOOSING TO HANDLE S*IT.
