Upon the release of his new mixtape Rich Forever 2, Rich The Kid has released a new song titled “Like This” featuring none other than Jaden Smith.
We last heard from Jaden in summer 2015 with his song, “Scarface.” More recently, Jaden Smith and Rich The Kid have posted a few pictures on Instagram of them hanging out, skateboarding and simply bonding like brothers. Their newfound friendship obviously influenced Jaden’s music style, as the sound we hear from Jaden on “Like This” differs tremendously from what we’ve previously heard.
Before the release of the track, Jaden shared a few lyrics to the song via Instagram captions. In multiple pictures he used the exact same caption stating:
“Cause I’m Goin Harder Then A Running Back, Once I Get It All I Aint Comin Back.”
Rich The Kid adds his signature, with lyrics like:
“I was rackin’, they was sleepin’
Made a hunnid for the week
I been preachin’ like a deacon
You betta listen when I speak”
