Last week at the Penthouse Nightclub in Los Angeles, Sean Kingston was allegedly assaulted by two men who ended up running away with the singer’s $300,000 chain.

Instead of retaliating towards his alleged attackers himself, Kingston is suing the nightclub. He’s insisting the nightclub played a role in this jewelry heist, as a security guard in the club’s VIP lounge told Kingston another man wanted to speak with him.

Shortly after, Kingston claims the man who “wanted to speak with him” was joined by two other men, who began beating him, stealing his chain, and eventually hitting him over the head with a champagne bottle.

The names of these men are still unknown and the investigation is still at large, as Kingston aims to sue to the nightclub for over $900,000 in property and damages.
