Tory Lanez dropped two new massive remixes for his “Fargo Fridays” series yesterday [Friday, July 8]. Although the Canadian singer has already treated us to a dancehall inspired song with his latest single “Luv,” he now follows through on the island vibe with Drake‘s “Controlla.” An already popular track, Lanez clearly wants the world to know Drake isn’t the only multi-talented artist from Toronto.

The revamp of the Views rapper’s track sees Tory sing about being the top shotter and boasting about being “that ni*ga and I’m wavy.” As the island sound continues to become popular in the mainstream with other artists such as Tyga embracing it, dancehall- inspired tracks are the anthem to Summer Sixteen.

The second “Fargo Fridays” track is a remix to DJ Khaled‘s latest single “I Got The Keys” which features JAY Z and Future. Showing off his versatility, this track displays Tory’s signature rap skills as he goes over Hov’s verse: “My swag different/Jet lag different/I dated Trina, if you want to talk about bad b*tches.”
