Go2Man claims that Bailon has disappeared after owing them over $200,000 in unpaid fees. Bailon signed a five year contract in 2011 stating that she is to pay 20 percent of her income to the management company. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Bailon went radio silent in early 2015 and refused to respond to their multiple attempts to contact her, which resulted in them suing her.

Bailon joined “The Real” in 2013 and is now one of the four hosts left, after Tamar Braxton was fired in mid May of this year. Despite all of the her money issues, Bailon seems unbothered as she celebrates her recent partnership with 6 Shore Road for Miami Swim Week.

“I just think the collaboration is festive and perfect,” Bailon told Haute Living about the swim line that features limited edition one pieces and cover ups, “I love seeing other women flourish and I think what Pooja is doing is phenomenal; it’s innovative and fun, and it’s exciting to be a part of that sort of thing.”
