Despite the beloved character facing a tragic death on the latest season of Netflix’s OITNB, the world kept craving Poussey Washington. Well, weep no more! Actress Samira Wiley takes on another streamed series after joining the cast of The Handmaid’s Tale, says The Hollywood Reporter.

The series comes from the 1985 novel by Margaret Atwood. It follows the life of Offred, played by Mad Men’s Elisabeth Moss, as she bears totalitarianism and sexism in the dystopian, religious nation of Gilead. Hulu’s adaptation seems to impress Atwood herself, who said, “The Handmaid’s Tale is more relevant now than when it was written, and I am sure the series will be watched with great interest. I have read the first two scripts and they are excellent.”

Poussey’s death on OITNB took on racial tensions, but her latest role helps shed a light on women’s rights. In The Handmaid’s Tale, Gilead officials seize control of Offred’s fertile body and force her to help repopulate. Wiley plays Offred’s best friend, a feminist and lesbian who faces the same fate as Offred when it comes to her body.

Wiley will be appear in the 10-episode drama, streaming on Hulu in 2017.
