Soulja Boy celebrated his 26th birthday last week at a studio in Los Angeles in which his friend, J Killa, was shot in the arm during the festivities. Soulja Boy didn’t let such an incident ruin his vibes.
After just recently releasing his latest mixtape, Rockstar, it’s safe to assume Soulja Boy was working on this project in the studio as a birthday gift to himself. Rockstar is a 18 track mixtape featuring Go Yayo and King Reefa with London On Da Track and Mike Will Made It on the production side.
Prior to the mixtape’s release, Soulja Boy released the song “Rockstar” as the first single from the tape. He also released a video for his song “Pull Up and Flex”. Soulja Boy is definitely putting in work this summer being that all of these new releases come only after a month of his last album release for Better Late Than Never.
