With the political season in full swing, conservatives and detractors are looking to place a foothold on the Clinton campaign and gain an advantage anyway possible. The Clinton campaign says they are ready for all attacks and distractions including this film.

The film has no smoking gun or hard evidence but uses private investments made to the Clintons through their foundation to draw conclusions about decisions made by Hillary Clinton during her term as Secretary of State.

Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich, was chalked up by the Clinton Campaign as a collection of “absurd conspiracy theories.”

The documentary focuses on foreign entities paying large sums of money to the Clintons for speaking engagements, and then consequently agreements made during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary to draw murky conclusions—namely in three instances.

Firstly, a relationship with Colombia in which the country paid fees for speaking engagements and the fair-trade agreement later finalized during Mrs. Clinton’s time at the State department.

Secondly, their involvement in development projects in the aftermath of the 2010 Haitian earthquake and thirdly, the Canadian Bank responsible for the Keystone XL pipeline and the fees paid to President Clinton in build up for the congressional decision on the pipeline.
