The Atlanta native, one fourth of the R&B platinum selling quarter, 112, returns to the spotlight, prepping for Diddy’s Bad Boy Reunion tour, kicking off later this month in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to the highly anticipated nationwide tour, Jones is releasing new music, including covers of R&B classics, including Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder and The Commodores.

Aside from covers, Jones, who produced Keyshia Cole’s “I Should Have Cheated,” released his free R&B project, The Unofficial Diary of Daron Jones, available for download on Audio Mack.

Jones, who has a new single, “The Way We Used to Be,” mission far exceeds entertainment. He shares his thoughts on how he wants to be remembered here:

“I want to be looked at as someone who invested in becoming excellent for the purpose of serving others. I do what I do to make people happy. To give people a reason to dream, and reach for the things that may seem intangible. I am a people pleaser, but I remain true to myself in the process.”
