Nigeria’s Ayo Jay gets a major assist from two R&B heavyweights!
As a major nominee for song of the summer “Your Number”, by Nigerian popstar Ayo Jay, has struck a cord with listeners of all music taste levels – from Top 40 fans, to the Dancehall connoisseurs all the way to stans of the fastest growing music genre here in the states, Afrobeats.
The track, originally recorded and released by Ayo Jay in 2013, started off as a solo play. In 2015, however, the One Nation artist enlisted rapper Fetty Wap – at the height of his incredible run – to help add to the popularity of what was already an infectious and widely appreciated track.
The Billboard charting tune gets a special refix by way of an assist from Ayo’s RCA label mates – Kid Ink and GRAMMY award-winning megastar, Chris Brown. Listen to “Your Number (Remix)”, here!
