A commuter’s video went viral after capturing a man masturbating on a New York subway. DNA Info reports the police now have the culprit in custody for his public display and are thanking his mother for turning him in.
Two weeks ago, Deanna Carter caught the suspect with his hand in his pants and his glance on female passengers. She confronted him aloud, “What are you doing? You over here rubbing your d–k? What the f–k are you doing?” and posted a video to Facebook. The video circulated the internet before a woman went to the NYPD to identify her son, 23-year-old Kevin Cuffe.
Cuffe reportedly has a record of such behavior on the subway. Less than a year ago, he was caught on the same route by a different passenger.
