Throughout the past decade Wiz Khalifa has gone from being a Pennsylvania prodigy to dominating the Billboard charts as one of the industry’s brightest stars. While his career has evolved rapidly, his imprint “Taylor Gang Entertainment” has grown as well. This past week, Taylor Gang co-founder Will Dzombak announced a new distribution deal with Atlantic Records.
In the press conference, Dzombak jubilantly shared their newest achievement. “We are very pleased to expand our business with our partners at Atlantic Records/Warner Music. This is a great step forward for Taylor Gang as we get ready to move into the new year and focus on growth. We are all very excited,” said Dzombak.
It should be no surprise as to why Taylor Gang was able to ink a deal with a major label. The group has recruited a blend of mainstream superstars such as Ty Dolla $ign and Juicy J. There is also tons of fresh up and coming talent such as JR Donato, TM-88, and more.
Despite their recent accomplishments, Taylor Gang shows no signs of slowing down. This past Monday Wiz and his gang released their first ever compilation project, titled “TGOD Vol. 1.” The highly anticipated project features 23 tracks, containing efforts from almost everyone in Taylor Gang.
