Moments in Time has listed some rare Tupac memorabilia that only those willing to drop major money can get. The gold and diamond pendant Tupac had around his neck when he was shot in NYC is on sale for a mere $125,000. The bullet-dented pendant, worn 2 years before the rapper’s death, was donated to MIT by one of the rapper’s family members along with other items like a hand-signed bible. Once sold, Pac’s family is reported to receive profits.

But before you get your checkbooks ready, the owner of Tupac’s estate has reportedly gotten ready to take legal action if the item is bought or sold. According to TMZ, Pac’s family isn’t allowed to buy or sell his personal items.

The pendant is still online and going for 6 figures. However, with the drama surrounding the late rapper’s belongings the diamond encrusted pendant may also come with the price of legal fees.
