Fat Joe must be feeling all the way up this weekend. His New York sneaker shop finally opened its doors yesterday [Saturday, November 5] and it’s every Jordan-head’s dream.
Friends 50 Cent, Remy Ma, Noreaga, Robinson Canó, OG Juan Perez, DJ Camilo, DJ Clark Kent, and more came out to support the Bronx native with his latest venture and were blessed with rare kicks at UP NYC. Partners Fat Joe and Scotty Spina brought boxes of apparel and sneakers to Washington Heights including Nike, Jordan, Billionaire Boys Club, New Era, Jason Markk, Diadora, and Roc Nation. They also carried restocks of fan favorites.

Fat Joe called UP NYC “the Guggenheim Museum of sneakers” because it doubles as a showcase for his own collection. He told Fuse, “We really put our heart and soul into it…You also put the culture in there with the museum in the middle of the store, just giving ’em history.”
