The jazz and R&B festival will take place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens for its 12th edition come spring [March 18-19, 2017]. All acts will be hosted by radio’s Ricky Smiley. The lineup also includes: Esperanza Spalding, DJ Z-Trip, Morris Day & The Time, Chante Moore, Will Downing, Marion Meadows, Smokie Norful, and local artists. And in between concerts, guest can find refreshments from tropical food vendors.

Thousands of festival-goers from the US and the Caribbean come each year. And as the tradition of the massive festival proceeds, Miami Gardens Mayor Oliver Gilbert said there is the need to “evolve.”JITG is opening the stage more and more to artists from different genres and generations, all influenced by jazz music.
