Yesterday, officials at WWE have announced to the public that the Rock-N-Roll Express will be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Known as being the pioneers of rock and wrestling, Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson became in ring icons thanks to charismatic personality, their vintage sporty mullets that was tied around their bandanas, and their perfect mix of the rock music video related like entrance before each match that made the crowd go bananas.

The Rock-N-Roll Express had great success in the ring as they was able to become 10-time tag team champs in different wrestling outlets such as the UCWA, WCW, AWA, and Smokey Mountain wrestling. It was at stages like the WCW that fans was fortunate to play witness to classic feuds with Ric Flair and the Four Horsemen. Even at age 60 and at age 58, Morton and Gibson are still showing the fans that they still got it by continuing to wrestle in independent wresting campaigns.

Congrats on these two legendary warriors for joining Kurt Angle for WWE’s Hall of Fame class of 2017. Expect more names to be announced as the induction will be taking place during Wrestlemania weekend on March 31.
