During the free concert last night following the Bud Billiken Parade in Chicago, which featured guest appearances from Jeremih and Future, President Barack Obama congratulated his hometown rap favorite Chance The Rapper for being the grand marshal of the parade. Even though the message was pre-recorded, it was just as effective as a surprise to Chance as well as the fans!
