DJ Khaled will make a few more special appearances on TRL throughout the year.  For those of you who missed the premiere, there was one memorable moment that had fans in awe. Now as we all know, the ball in Times Square only drops on New Year’s Eve but for Godfather Khaled and the TRL re-launch they made an exception.  DJ Khaled and his son Asahd were brought out to drop the ball which definitely created a monumental moment in pop culture and TV. TRL is said to become the main connection for youth culture and millions of fans. Almost ten years later after Total Request Live was put to bed we’re definitely glad and excited to have it back. The people look forward to what TRL has in store.
