Highline Holdings Group is reportedly suing the rapper for defaulting on a payment agreement where he allegedly negotiated to pay $262,212 for the vehicle. However, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Chainz (born Tauheed Epps) was named in a lawsuit for having an outstanding balance of $18,317. The rapper was reportedly contacted by the holdings firm but refuses to pay the remaining balance on the exotic ride. The car was reportedly delivered to Epps’ residence and is allegedly in his possession.

Highline Holdings Group is seeking the unpaid balance and any interest accrued. Although, no official response has been released from his camp, 2Chainz may have just subliminally responded to the suit on his social media by posting: “Told Wayne Newton to let me hold sumthn,” adding a “smirking” emoji and a “cool” emoji to end the caption.
