This weekend, Marvel Animation and the LEGO Group linked up to reveal their new project, Black Panther: Trouble in Wakanda. No details have been released but what we do know is… T’Challa, the Black Panther, is going to totally kick butt. How do we know that? Well, that’s what he does.

If we look at mega box office releases like The LEGO Batman Movie and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload, it’s a no-brainer as to why LEGO would want to wrangle a production dedicated to T’Challa in their catalog. Especially, since the Black Panther starring Chad Boseman as the Avenger is the most anticipated action film in 2018.

Superfans throughout the world are losing their minds. We actually know of a young baby dubbed with Wakanda as his name…

Are you wondering what all the hype is about? Well, whether you’re checking for the old school comic version, Reggie Hudlin or Ta-Nahisi Coates’ graphic novels, Hip-Hoppers across the board want Africa’s greatest superhero to be presented with the utmost respect and of course badass-ity. If it’s not on the level of the trailer – notwithstanding LEGO as a brand targets children— we are coming for you with the power of Vibranium!
