20 year old Dieuson Octave aka Kodak Black was indicted on Monday for a sexual Assault allegation that has followed him since February 2016.
A Florence County, South Carolina grand jury indicted Black on the claims that the victim says she was pushed, bit and sexually assaulted by the rapper after a show in Treasure City.
Kodak spent eight months behind bars before he was released on a $100K bond.

A trial date for Octave has yet to be announced.
