Black-ish‘s leading lady Tracee Ellis Ross is teaming up with JCPenney to create a limited edition 45-piece holiday collection. Get ready to stunt at that Christmas party with your coworker’s. The collection will be available on Nov. 12 and will include plus sizes, up to 3X.

The senior Vice President of women’s apparel, jewelry, fashion and footwear, Jodie Johnson, stated that Tracee is “known for her fresh, bold and confident looks.” “I truly believe looking good does not have to cost a lot”, Ellis Ross said. She also said that it has been a dream of hers to create a clothing line.

Tracee hopes to “empower women to embrace their joyful spirit”. Whether it’s her big natural hair that we envy, her free spirit, her alter ego “T-Murda” who has bars for days, or her ability to not be afraid to speak her mind and stand up for what’s right, this collection will be just another reason for us to love her. She debuted some of the pieces to share with us on her Instagram and the prices range from $9-$75.

Ms. Ellis Ross isn’t the first to partner up with a major brand for a clothing line. Some of our favorite Black girls, Danielle Brooks, Gabrielle Union and LaLa Anthony, all teamed up with brands like Universal Standard, New York & Company and Lord & Taylor this year. Just keep sprinkling that #BlackGirlMagic on us.
