Blac Chyna is not done with the Kardashians, as a new rumored lawsuit against the Reality Show first family is set in motion. News reports claim that the mommy-of-two vixen is going after the deep pockets of the family.
Blac Chyna has filed a lawsuit against Rob Kardashian and his famous family, claiming assault, battery, and “slut-shaming” on social media. The lawsuit also claims that the Kardashians are working together to end her TV career. In the 59-page complaint, Rob Kardashian is described as “an abuser intent on destroying” after Chyna ended her engagement with him last year.
The model claims Kardashian knocked her to ground, followed by a series of texts threatening “self-harm.” According to the complaint, Chyna suffered harm both professionally and personally, after Kardashian posted several personal pictures of Chyna online. On July 5, Kardashian posted graphic photos of Chyna’s genitals, buttocks and nipples on his social media accounts, he then accused her of being a bad mom and claimed he paid $100,000 for her surgery. “At the time, Ms. White’s procedure was being filmed as part of the second season,” the lawsuit states. “Ms. White planned to discuss her struggles in dealing with her body-image issues.” The lawsuit claims the Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie contacted E! network executives in February 2017 to demand the network to kill the Rob & Chyna show.
Kardashian filed his own lawsuit last month, claiming Chyna “consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol” then tried to choke him with a phone charger in December. The complaint states that Chyna damaged a television owned by Kylie Jenner, broke down a door, smashed a gingerbread house and threw a chair at Rob Kardashian’s Bentley. Jenner is listed as a co-plaintiff in the case because the alleged meltdown took place in her home.
Chyna won a temporary restraining order against Kardashian in July for alleged abuse from him, including showing her a gun and threatening to kill himself with pills. The former couple settled the matter out of court.
