After Jimmy Kimmel introduced the show’s performer, the Bronx emcee came out to a full house in an all pink ensemble. She was sporting a hot pink boa, sparkling pink leggings, and magenta frames, and was accompanied by energetic dancers and rocked another televised performance of her hit single.

Cardi is fresh off a three-week streak atop of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, before Post Malone and 21 Savage’s “Rockstar” dethroned her. Nevertheless, the Gangsta B*tch rapper became the first female rapper to have a solo record No. 1 since Lauryn Hill in 1998. Not only did “Bodak Yellow” earn Cardi her first No. 1 single, made female emcee history as the longest No. 1 single by a solo artist, she also received a platinum plaque.
