18 year-old New Yorker, Anna Chambers, accused via social media two New York City officers of brutally sexually assaulting and raping her.

The alleged incident happened September 15, after the young woman was arrested for having marijuana and anti-anxiety pills in Bath Beach. She reportedly told her attorneys that the officers drove her to a Chipotle parking lot in Coney Island, which is where first Officer Martin forced her to have sexual intercourse with her and then both of them forced her to perform oral sex. Which was followed by the officers leaving her on a street corner near the 60th Precinct.

According to her attorney, the victim went to a hospital that night and was given a rape kit. The kit proved that the DNA found in the victim’s mouth matched the two Narcotics officers.

However, The New York City officers are claiming that the young woman gave them consent to have sex with her. Currently, The Brooklyn District Attorney’s office is investigating the case to determine if consent is creditable under the law.

An NYPD spokesperson said Both Martin and Hall have been suspended without pay and can face up to the a minimum of 3 years and maximum of 25 years if they do get convicted of this crime.

The officers are supposed to turn themselves in next week for an arraignment in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

This statement was issued by her lawyer

“Based on The Post’s story, this validates what my client has always said – that she was kidnapped, handcuffed, brutally raped and then thrown onto the street by two on-duty officers. We would expect the police commissioner to take immediate action in firing these two officers. Additionally, we request that all this shaming and smearing of the victim of this vicious attack be stopped immediately. We look forward to the conviction of these individuals.”
