Disgraced NYPD officers Eddie Martins and Richard Hall were accused of raping a handcuffed teenage young lady in the back of their van.
They have pleaded not guilty but the traces of semen found in the young lady’s mouth following a rape kit says otherwise. The officers in question have already been charged and suspended without pay. However, police report that the officers resigned on Monday, November, 6th.
If they didn’t quit, they would’ve faced a departmental trial in addition to their criminal case. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.
