Words from Comfort Nnalu Kalu
Grammy Nominated artist, Luke James has been thriving in the acting world with roles in the New Edition Story as Tommy Gill and in TV show Star as Noah Brooks but he has not forgotten his music.
James has recently united with A$AP Ferg for the remix of his single “Drip”. “Drip” provides a soulful production in unity with James’ silky smooth vocals. But it is Ferg’s laid back flow that gives the undeniable edge that we all love so much… but not just an edge, is he coming for someone?
A$AP Ferg starts off the track shooting at Chris Brown by declaring “Awesome track for me to spit raps, tell Chris Breezy step back with all his tats, from Upton finna bring Harlem back.” This could be a simple name drop on Chris since we know his female fan base is off the charts. The two just last year seemed chummy on the “I Love You” song featuring Ty Dolla $ign (another R&B track that blends thuggism and honey-dripped loving together). Or it might be some other Chris Breezy that happens to have tats. Ferg holler at the team and let us know what does the line mean?
But until this, rock w Luke James on this hot joint.
