Back in October, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian and his entire sister-filled family. Reports have surfaced that the aspiring rapper has dropped Khole, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie from the lawsuit, but has left Kim Kardashian along with their mother Kris Jenner and Rob on the hook.
Chyna accuses the clan of being “media predators” as seen back in July when Rob committed the act of “revenge porn” by posting racy nude pictures of her on social media and accusing her of sleeping with another man in a bed they once shared together. She is also accusing the family of social media slut shaming and claims they are behind the cancellation of her E! reality show, Rob & Chyna.
TMZ got a hold of the court documents which indicate Chyna’s new plan to only sue Kim, Kris and Rob. The fine print also reveals that Chyna lists “Does 1-100” which means she has the ability to add new individuals to the lawsuit. There is a great chance if Khole, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie slip up, they will find themselves right back on the hook.
