A spokeswoman for Stallone issued a statement:

This is a ridiculous. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.

Stallone, 71, added a statement through his publicist, “It never happened”.

Daily Mail reported that assault yesterday after they obtained a copy of the 1986 Las Vegas police report. The story alleged that the Rocky actor forced a teenage girl into performing oral and vaginal sex for both him and his former bodyguard, Michael De Luca, who was murdered in 2013.

“[The girl] states it was at this time that she became very uncomfortable with the situation,” the police report cited by the Daily Mail states. “She states she did not want to have any type of sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt like she had no choice in the matter.” The unnamed woman said she felt intimidated at the time although there was no physical force.

In light of the recent sexual assault allegations that have been floating around Hollywood, we don’t know what to believe anymore.
