Upon spotting a young 9-year old female fan who was seated among one of the hot selling front row seats, Hov stopped the show with an urge to change her life, by delivering a message.

“You can be anything you want to be in this world,” Jay-Z tells his young fan. “At this very moment America is way more sexist than they are racist, but you young lady, you got the potential to be the next president of the United States, you believe that.”
